Hornsby Art Prize

Not to be missed – this annual exhibition is a showcase of the best paintings, drawings, prints and 3D works submitted to the 2017 Hornsby Art Prize Competition.

The works have been submitted by artists locally and nationally, and selected by judges, Rebecca Pierce, Roslyn Kean and Greg Hansell. The exhibition and competition is organised and sponsored by Hornsby Shire Council and delivered in partnership with Hornsby Art Society.

WINNERS ANNOUNCED

The winners of the 2017 Hornsby Art Prize were announced on Saturday night at an award ceremony at Wallarobba Arts and Cultural Centre. Mount Colah artist Lyndall Beck has won the top award, taking home $10,000 for her nine beautifully painted scenes of Asquith. Full list of winners below.
